Residential construction projects

• We offer a suite of preconstruction services from plan analysis and scopes of work, bid analysis and leveling to subcontract review or preparation. We can even provide the preliminary project schedule timeline with critical path activities showing duration of project construction. This can then be submitted to lenders for final construction loan requirements. These services can be a la carte or customized as a complete turn-key consulting package.
• Additionally, we can perform subcontractor qualifications review to verify that state and local contracting requirements and license/insurance laws are being met prior to sub package award.
• Finally, we offer owner’s representative services to support owners who would like to contract to a custom builder but who don’t have the time to manage the project or be the contractor’s primary point of contact. We are also able to support owners who have construction underway and are either dissatisfied at the work performed or are at an impasse and need third party intervention.
